“Dane was recommended to me through a mutual friend. Very approachable, friendly and willing to help. He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”

“Philip was from the first appointment the architect for us, this being our first large renovation it was important to get things right. Philip was enthusiastic, full of great ideas and also listened to our requirements out of the project. He was very quick to send through computer images that we could add notes for him to edit which he completed the same day, a total of 7 drafts were done until we applied for planning which we achieved first time! Would 100% recommend. Adrian”

“Andy and team have been excellent from the moment we first spoke to him. We needed an architect to take on the drawings as we planned to do our extension build with SIPS panels from SIPSECO. They have taken on the challenge and have helped all the way through to where we are now - 2 weeks from groundwork’s starting. We would strongly recommend Design Adapt & Build without hesitation not only for the professional approach to the way they approach everything but also the ability to take on something new and guide us along the way.”
