“I engaged Ashish of “RARA Designz” as designer for home improvement for small area extension in one corner to build prayer/Pooja room. Prior to his site visit, I had a plan in my mind to extend the area in both levels, ground and upper floors. His guidance and recommendation in the very first interaction, using the cost versus usable benefit approach, helped me to decide to go with only ground level improvement. This simple decision had a huge positive impact on right scoping of the project. During the course of detailing of drawings, his providing the drawings as options analysis helped me make choices for specific situations. He provided service in a timely manner, setting the expectations upfront. He provided statement of work, and transparent pricing based on expected hours of work. Overall, I am happy and satisfied to have contracted “RARA Designz” for home improvement design service.”

“This is a review of the house design that Bill Chesshire did for me in Severna Park, Maryland. His design is unique in that it it a one story with high ceilings so the feel is great spaciousness. The master bedroom is huge with a walk-in closet that has plenty of hanging space for clothes. My main bathroom is completely functional with a walk-in shower with no step down. The floor just flows into the shower area. When guests step in the front door, they get the whole view at once, looking straight back to the huge, high kitchen windows, which also gives a person, a quick glimpse of the beautiful setup of the kitchen even before they get back to that area. I am so enjoying living here.”

“I am an investor in PG County, MD and I encountered an issue with one of my property which needed a permit. I didnt know how to resolve the issue. My lawyer recommended me to call Olivia, I contacted her and she was extremely busy, and told me it will take 3 weeks to resolve my issue. She took her time, worked around the clock and made it happen. After 10 days, less than 3 weeks, WOW, Olivia texted me that she managed to resolve the issue.tm Olivia, you are the best. !!! Thank you very much”

“Mr. Buckler was so helpful designing plans for my new house. I have zero experience and he offered me choices so that I could design my dream home. In some areas he recommended ideas that would never occur to me, until it was too late, so that I could include in the house plan. He worked under a tight schedule and delivered on time.
