Initially some years ago, on a Devonport Villa renovation and alteration that saw the house double in size and most recently on a new build on a challenging but stunning rural site. Both times Jo designed a home that met our brief and exceeded our rather over-exacting expectations, that was specific to the site and location and local council planning rules. Jo managed to achieve what others had not managed to achieve before her on this site. She comes with a unique blend of design talent and building expertise so has a wealth of knowledge not only in design but the practical application of those designs and an in-depth knowledge of council’s ever changing planning rules.
