“This person was recommended to me by a friend to resolve a problem I had with tree roots dislodging pavers in my much loved rental unit in Inglewood. Steve did a fabulous job, with no fuss and at a very fair price. That was a few years ago. Last year I again had Steve return to my unit to address some issues prior to selling. Steve gave really sensible advice on repairs and renovations required to bring the unit up to par, he then completed the work, again with no fuss, good communication, no surprises and high quality work which involved exterior and interior reparation and money saving advice. Sadly, like all good tradesmen, his time is in demand, so sometimes he can't respond immediately. In saying that, when I really needed him to do a last minute job in a hurry, he responded accordingly. My belief is that Steve can do most things and if he can't, he tells you and if possible he will recommend a tradesman to do the job.”
