“Prompt, professional, courteous and reasonable price for excellent flooring. One of the best selections and always has newest flooring trends in stock before the competitors. Pricing was competitive with Home Depot/Lowes for some other areas of our house (basement flooring; aka: "man cave"). Even better than price and quality, was the installation team --outstanding. On-time EVERY day; Attention to detail; Hard working and clean up was superb. Loved it so much, recommended them to my mom and she is in process of replacing flooring for 3/4 of house....and they have treated her amazing as well. Highly recommended!”

“We purchased carpet from Heritage Interiors. They came out the same day to measure, gave an estimate the next morning. They were here to install when they said they would be. We had 2 bedrooms, our sun room and the stairs to our lower level family room done. The did a beautiful job. They rolled each individual stair - not just the water fall - they are beautiful. Everyone comments on our stairs. They were finished and cleaned up in 5 hours. We couldn't be happier!”

“Total redo of floor in kitchen, hallway and laundry room with ceramic tile. Complete redo of laundry room shower with tile and glass door which required tearing all out down to the studs. Jim’s Carpet One did a phenomenal job at a fair price. They were careful, courteous, professional and prompt. I would hire them again!”

“Mr. Jones was very accessible and ready to help in a busy time for carpet installs. We were in need of a carpet re-install (salvaged from water in basement). We also needed padding replaced. They were very willing to jump right in to help - not only to supply the pad, but added this job into their busy schedule - which was at the end of their day and the same day we contacted them! Thank you to his workers who were willing to take on the job and get it done for us!”
