“I have been using Abby Carpet for many years and will continue to go back. They do beautiful professional work every time all the time. Recently we had a large kitchen floor completed. The grout started to crack and come out. I phoned them and they took care of it at no extra cost. The owner informed me they do not have a limited warranty and if we have any additional issues with the floor to call him again. I will always use Abby Carpet! They always exceed our expectations.”

Mr. Biviano was very friendly and even went the extra mile by coming to our home to measure and also gave us other helpful tips. He not only ordered the carpet we requested, but also helped us pick out the carpet used to make remnant rugs for our bedrooms. “I hired Floor Coverings International to install a kitchen and bathroom floor and to tile bathroom walls. (The flooring is vinyl. The wall tile is porcelain.) I worked with Kathy who understood the effect I wanted and helped with the decisions when I needed it. She brought samples to my home. Our house is older and has idiosyncrasies that caused many issues. Before the job started and throughout the time the work was being done, many consultations were required. I was able to have personal meetings as well as email, phone and text support to handle the unforeseen. The workmanship was excellent. I've received many compliments on the finished work.”
