“After trying every showroom in the bay area we ended up buying most of our tile here. Better pricing much better service than import tile. Most of what you see has to be ordered. But unlike other companies they can get everything really fast.They were also nice enough to take tile back of which we had bought too much. Talk to Max”

“Amazing experience in dealing with this company. Was very indecisive on what type of flooring to use and my flooring sales person (ask for Rojulio) did an awesome job guiding me through different types of brands and the pro's and con's of each. Bonus for calling my installer to verify measurements and the right type of metal stripping to use on the top of my tile. Look out for me for my bathroom and hopefully they are up to the challenge Also a thumbs up for having someone that spoke Spanish- made my transaction a little easier.”

“We've had excellent experience with Fall Design for two projects we did this year. In both cases, Rose and her team have exceeded our expectations. For the remodeling of our house, we needed hardwood floor installed in all rooms. Rose is a perfectionist with a deep knowledge about flooring processes. She was always available to listen to our needs, guide us through the various steps of the process, and provide the best possible result for our floor without promising something she would not deliver. She also showed a great ability to work under a tight schedule involving other trades. The result a gorgeous Walnut Rustic floor with a light honey finish that gives it this warm look we initially wanted. Then, a few month later, when we had a water damage in our condo, we naturally called Fall Design to do the work and replace the floor. Again, meticulous work combined with very good pricing. We've been having a lot of comments from everyone who comes over to our house on how great our floors look. And every time we do refer Fall Design !”

“Reggie and the crew at FCI-Concord were really amazing. We purchased a new home and wanted to redo all of the flooring - a combination of carpet and engineered hardwood. Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. They went above and beyond to get everything complete on time, and everything looks beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“We are very happy with our new tiled floors installed by Anthony. We had to replace our first floor wood floors after a leak in the kitchen. The company we hired did the destruction but then cancelled when it came to the reconstruction phase. We had initially talked with Anthony when trying to verify the original company's quotes and were very glad when Anthony became available and started within a month. Anthony was involved in three separate parts of the reconstruction. He replaced all the sheetrock that had been damaged in the flood and painted. He removed existing tile and then retiled the entire first floor. Finally Anthony installed our baseboards. We had chosen very large tiles - 24x24 inches and 24x48 inches but Anthony did a great job of laying these sizes and of the transition from the one size to the other. We relied on Anthony's expertise on preparation of the bare floors and how to install the materials we selected. As it was our first time as project managers, Anthony was quite understanding about scheduling conflicts/delays installing our new kitchen cabinets. The time he took test laying the tile was also benefical to us - it demonstrated that we had chosen the wrong pattern before he committed to cutting and gluing. We are looking forward to moving in once all inspections are complete. We have no hesitation in recommending Anthony for furture jobs.”
