“GMART Inc. did my new Roof, Sidings, Windows, Patio Door & Side Door installation, Soffit and Fascia this Fall 2018. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for home exteriors. They did a very good job on my house, I am more than satisfied 200% with the result! Greg the owner is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and well rounded. I reached out to him in Spring for a consultation and from the many people who inspected the property, I was impressed that he knew exactly had to be done. He was straight forward and no bullshit, very sincere about helping you out. I never felt pressured with any sales pitches nor unnecessary charges. Pricing wise, his was very reasonable compared to my the other quotes I received. He was also very easy to reach when you need anything, and came each day to check on the progress of the work. He is also very hands on that he did help his team from the initial set up, installation, and even the clean up. He also pointed out any problems that needed my attention and a solution how he would take care of it or rectify it. His roofing team did a good job with the roof. They finished in one day. He and his team helped me get up the roof to show me what they will be doing and answered all the questions I had. I got a lot of compliments from my neighbors after the job was done. Gmart's siding guy Chris is the best! I am impressed with his craftsmanship, he is a perfectionist! I watched him work and I must say he would check every section multiple times making sure that he does it right, installs properly, even checking if things are done evenly and if there were any gaps or sections where there could be air leak (windows and doors). I've seen other siding jobs where they would have a big crew and do sloppy work. Gmart was not like that, they have attention to detail and do clean work.”

“Chicagoland Builders (CB) completed a 900 square foot addition on my homes. We built over the garage, laundry room and bar area which all had a single story flat roof. We significantly enlarged two rooms, added two bathrooms, expanded three closets into large walk-in closets and added an office. We replaced all the siding with hardy board, re-did the duct work to allow for dual zone heating and A/C, replaced the carpet floors on the main floor with hardwood, updated the electrical and water service, removed the brick arches in the front of the house and changed it to a quarter stone look, re-did the porch and replaced/expanded the back deck. I'm sure I'm missing something, but in short it was a major renovation. I took it out to bid with multiple contractors and CB was by far the best price and very informative and responsive throughout the bidding price which made my wife and I feel comfortable (was also recommend by my architect which helped). CB did a fantastic job. They do high quality work and were very responsive throughout the job. As expected with any major renovation there were issues that came up during the job, but they were always addressed. The job stayed on schedule and we were able to move back in the house when expected. There were a few lingering things that took longer than expected but it was primarily related to materials being on back order which I can't fault CB for. Our home looks like new construction and we get compliments all the time on how nice it looks, not just from friends and family that will say it looks good even if it doesn't, but from random people walking by which make a point to come up and tell us how wonderful the place looks. I would highly recommend them.”
