“This guy was great! My husband and I recently moved back to Michigan due to our daughters health problems and we found a place to rent pretty quickly. Due to some unforeseen circumstances a lot of the last-minute details, such as carpet cleaning, fell on us. The previous tenants had pets and my daughter is asthmatic so I was worried about getting the carpet (and smell) suitable for her. Robert was completely honest and when I explained the situation to him he really helped me out by throwing in the urine X. This is why I love small businesses... This guy did an amazing job and he was also so compassionate to the fact that I was just a mom trying to get this house good enough for her kid. The carpet didn't even look the same color afterwards! And I can smell the cleanser from outside... It completely changed my view on moving in and now I feel much better about it thanks to Mystic touch. I'm already recommending them to everybody I know... Great service awesome price and just an overall good guy.”

“Bod was very professional and did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets and tile. I was really surprised that he was the owner and still came out to do all the work. I am so used to other companies sending people that were in and out in a flash and didn't care about the quality of service provided. It's good to know their are still people like Bob who take pride in quality. Will definitely use again!”

“Best way gave us excellent professional service. They have cleaned all the carpets in our home as well as our sofa. We had a terrible dark stain on our couch (red wine) that I thought would never come out... But they got it out!! They are fast and thorough. I highly recommend them.”
