“We met Ralph and Tim at the 2015 Home Expo show and after talking about our project we decided to include them among the bidders. While not the lowest bidder (which we tend to avoid for obvious reasons), we went with Artisan for their willingness to work with us and be flexible, along with being extremely helpful in helping us gain a better understanding of the Trex product.
