Engaged Refresh Renovations Tauranga to replace our existing bathroom and floor tiles throughout our apartment. The professionalism of each and every tradesmen we dealt with was excellent. Cameron dealt with every problem which arose during the carrying out of this work quickly and efficiently. The completed work met all of our expectations and budget. Refresh Renovations has to be one of the best companies I have dealt with and again I have to say that each and every tradesman was at the top of their profession.

We are pleased we chose Refresh to manage our kitchen renovation. They guided us through the designing and choosing process and managed the whole project from start to finish. Cameron dealt with all of the contractors so that we did not have to worry about this. He solved any problems as they arose in a timely and professional manner. Communication was really good. It was excellent having an agreed price before we started the project. The final product is great. We love our new kitchen. It is much easier to use and has changed the whole feel of the house for the better.

Thank you very much to Cameron and team for a complete (and perfect!) kitchen and lounge renovation. Wow what a difference! I really appreciated the design ideas and your understanding of my budget. The work was perfectly done and I couldn't be more pleased. It's been six months since the work was completed and there hasn't been a single issue - and if there was, I am absolutely sure that Cameron would address it immediately :)

We approached Refresh for our moderately extensive renovation (extension, new kitchen, bedroom and ensuite) after having spoken with a couple of builders previously. Our issue with the builders was that no one wanted to take on the whole project, and most builders prefer to be managed rather than managing a project like this. Refresh were different as they took on the whole process and are a single point of contact, which is exactly what we were looking for. Dealing with Cameron Ironside at Refresh meant they handled ALL subcontractors, scheduling etc. We dealt with subcontractors/vendors only to the extent of selecting materials, design choices, architectural input, etc. This is what we wanted, as we don't have the experience or inclination to handle the project, and wanted to be hands-off as much as possible. Our renovation was relatively stress-free, especially compared to similar projects that friends have dealt with, and a huge part of that was because of the way Refresh handles everything. The project was done on a fixed price contract that includes all design and compliance work. Our project was completed on-budget, with the exception of some drainage work that needed to be done for compliance and was tangential to the project.

Cameron was great to work with. Cameron was professional all the way from start of design to completion. Cameron arranged a good team of tradies and designers and no complaints through out whole job. Would recommend Cameron for further jobs for us and would be happy as a reference to future clients.

Great job on my bathroom renovation. Every contractor who worked on the project was respectful, hard working and professional. Project did run over schedule slightly but was well worth the time. Every stage was made easy with the planning done by Cameron, and I feel he really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Would recommend to friends and use again if ever needed.
