“We engaged the services of Sharon Giblett of Refresh Renovations Tauranga for our bathroom, ensuite and toilet renovation. From start to finish the project ran smoothly. Given Omicron landed bang in the middle of our project Sharon’s professionalism, attention to detail, and problem solving ability saw the project completed on time albeit in difficult circumstances which was an exceptional result. We cannot speak highly enough of Sharon and her contractors. The quality of the finished product has exceeded our expectations and helped realise the vision we had for those spaces. Julie and I would not hesitate to recommend others seek Sharon out if you're considering a similar project.”

“We approached Refresh for our moderately extensive renovation (extension, new kitchen, bedroom and ensuite) after having spoken with a couple of builders previously. Our issue with the builders was that no one wanted to take on the whole project, and most builders prefer to be managed rather than managing a project like this. Refresh were different as they took on the whole process and are a single point of contact, which is exactly what we were looking for. Dealing with Cameron Ironside at Refresh meant they handled ALL subcontractors, scheduling etc. We dealt with subcontractors/vendors only to the extent of selecting materials, design choices, architectural input, etc. This is what we wanted, as we don't have the experience or inclination to handle the project, and wanted to be hands-off as much as possible. Our renovation was relatively stress-free, especially compared to similar projects that friends have dealt with, and a huge part of that was because of the way Refresh handles everything. The project was done on a fixed price contract that includes all design and compliance work. Our project was completed on-budget, with the exception of some drainage work that needed to be done for compliance and was tangential to the project.”

“I loved working with Tony and the Imagine team, they delivered way beyond my expectations. I now have my dream home in the Bay of Plenty that has been cleverly designed to maximise both value and function. Tony delivered on both my design brief and budget, something that the house building companies I engaged prior to Imagine were unable to achieve. I always thought building with an architectural designer was just for rich people, after working with Tony I have achieved far more than would ever have been possible with a house building company.
