“We hired Gordon Reese construction for our Kitchen remodel after a lengthy interview process with a number of construction companies. We were impressed with Gordon and his team, their understanding of what we wanted to do as well as clearly outlining the scope of the work based on our budget. We worked with Gordon over a few weeks finalizing the scope of work and contracts and he was very responsive to my many calls, questions and clarifications. We set a start date for the project and on that date he and the project manager arrived with the crew to do a walkthrough of the project and contract to make sure we were all on the same page as we started the remodel. Over the course of the project I met often with our project manager and our lead remodeling professional to check on status, issues and solutions as we progressed with the remodel. Gordon and his team have great relationships with a number of suppliers in the local area that are Green in their building processes and my favorite was our Cabinet company (Precision Cabinet and Trim of Brentwood). Gordon was able to arrange a personal visit and tour of the cabinet companies factory and for me to meet with their local rep to review our final cabinet choices, color and options. It was a great experience and one that made the cabinet selection a breeze for this remodel. I can say that Bruce arrived to work every day on time and worked hard to meet the project deadline. He always left the workspace neat and went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed during the project. The kitchen came out beautiful, the workmanship by our lead remodeling professional was incredible. All of our family and friends love the final result and we could not be happier. On side note, during the construction we found a “surprise” that needed to be addressed that was not related to the kitchen remodel and working with our lead remodeling professional, our project manager and Gordon we were able to address this critical fix with ease as they were able to add the scope to our project and have the lead remodeling professional address it while also working on the kitchen. That little side trip was unexpected but working with our lead remodeling professional along with a number of other folks from the Gordon Reese construction team, we were able to address the fix and not impact the overall project timeline. I highly recommend Gordon and his team for any remodel or construction project! MH Danville CA”

“Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!”

“I received a recommendation for Brad Hannah in January 2020. 60 year plus friends in the construction field (who had moved out of the area) recommended Brad for a roof replacement and interior work on my 63 year old home. They had two words to describe Brad - "Good" and "Honest". Their opinion was seconded by my insurance adjuster. Not Brad's biggest job but he gave me wonderful advice and work. My house looked brand new when he finished. I decided to do some more work on the house earlier this year. Again, not a big job for Brad. Remodeled the mini master bath making the shower twice the size of the old, and new cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen. Brad subbed the stone work out - quartz shower, vanity top and new quartz kitchen countertop. While the stone guy wasn't the most expensive, his work is outstanding. I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE. It does look brand new and I smile whenever I enter the bath or the kitchen. As I've said - I'm not Brad's biggest or even average spending customer. My jobs were small. BUT, the quality of his work shines through. I think you see how good someone is on the little jobs maybe a little clearer than on some bigger ones. If I spotted anything that I didn't like - Brad was out in a day to remedy it. He's not the fastest or least expensive - he's just the best.”

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super. Some of the work Erik did in our home is featured on his site today under "Whitaker"”

“We hired Toupin Construction to remove our master bathroom bathtub and install a stall shower and a stackable washer/dryer in its place. We had two additional quotes from other contractors and we felt Toupin Construction's quote was comparable in price but offered more in terms of aesthetics and prior experience with this type of remodel. From the beginning of the project to the final touches, the Toupin crew were wonderful. They were on time. They were respectful of our home and always cleaned up before they left for the day. If we had any concerns, they addressed them immediately. Each evening, we received a phone call from their office outlining what would happen the next day. Owner Tim Toupin stopped in almost every day to monitor the project's progress. These personal touches really meant a lot to us and made the project stay on schedule and run smoothly. We are very happy with the finished project. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We love the shower, the new floor, the new paint colors, and the wonderful washer/dryer alcove. We would recommend Toupin Construction without any hesitation.”

“It was a pleasure to work with a contractor who begins the process and completes the project with no complications or negatives. We had just that kind of perfect experience beginning construction in April and completing our new kitchen at the end of May, 2016. Our designer, Linda, set the tone by being a great listener and then offering suggestions, most of which we implemented in the design. The next step, meeting with Kat and Scott, made it clear that the process would have open communication, clearly defined scheduling, a professional crew headed by the project manager, Curt, and the neatest and cleanest worksite ever imagined. We are now the happy owners of a marvelous new kitchen. The problems that inevitably arose were resolved quickly, keeping us on schedule. We are proud that we picked the best contractor possible. We highly recommend MSK Design Build.”

“I was looking for a company to remodel my mom's property in alameda. I heard about this company from a friend and I decided to give it a shot . My mom is 75 years old and not able to communicate so I came to help her. Initially, we wanted to remodel our kitchen but decided to extend our kitchen and dinning room by breaking the wall that divided it. Maor the owner had a lot of layout options to choose from. He is very knowledgeable about design, and offered other possibilities. He also explain the different price between each option . We decided move forward with the build out and started the work on feb 14th. It took him 6 weeks to finish the project. My conclusion: He was almost every day supervise the different crews. Easy to communicate with. He is very pleasant person, he alway find a solution to any request we had. The crew was very professional and pass all inspection the first time . Every day they clean my house and moved their equipment on the side of the house . They didn't work on weekends for our request. He helped us choose all the fixtures from different supplier. Most of the guys speak English and very respectful to both my mom and I. The prices was fair for the quality of the job. The quality of his work is very high and the finish was super. Now we are thinking about doing the 2 bathroom and other area of the house. He will definitely be the contractor I choose . If anyone want to see picture feel free to email me and I will send him the pictures. Thank you very much for making this project a pleasant experience.”
