“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

Whereas Mike Tinsley provided us with confidence and technical expertise to begin constructing a new home in Hendersonville, NC, the entire team at Sulaski & Tinsley now provides on-going engagement that is truly supportive. We know S&T has multiple building projects underway, but most of the time they make us feel like we are their only client. We are very pleased with Sulaski & Tinsley Homes. They are professional and know what they are doing, and, most important for us, they are trustworthy with high ethical standards.”
