“We have completed a "whole home" renovation with MyHouse - and we continue to be thrilled with both our results and our followup care and attention. The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process. I would recommend this firm to anyone contemplating renovation, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.”

“Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. “We recently engaged Corbet Custom Design to fully renovate our 2,700 square foot apartment and we couldn’t be happier with the results. This was a large job which included complete gutting of all rooms and replacement of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, flooring, windows and decking. The main living space was transformed from a compartmentalized, outdated design to a bright and airy, open plan layout. Tracy was attentive to every detail from earliest planning to occupancy permit. Tracy starts with a fabulous sense of design. Every space, every colour, every texture and nuance are carefully considered and delivered to perfection. Yet she is always budget conscious. Overseeing all materials, fixtures, appliances, cabinets and sub trades, Tracy kept us on track with our costs throughout the 5 month job. And she finished right on schedule, which allowed us to move on the planned date. All the while, Tracy oversaw every detail of our renovation, ensuring the work was complete to the highest standards. The end result is so much more beautiful and livable that we had ever imagined. This is where we believe Tracy’s true vision is proven. “Had some very ugly, falling and/or fallen down fencing in the back of the house on some difficult terrain. Blake and his 2 man crew arrived precisely on time every morning and worked diligently each of the 3 days of the project. We are super pleased with the outcome and wish we’d called Blake sooner. Will most definitely go to Blake again without hesitation.”

“Excellent company to work with and we had a terrific advisor!! From start to finish we appreciated support from design changes to on going construction advice. At one point, we had a problem with the sub floor material. Linwood (with the assistance of our advisor/designer) immediately took control and rectified the problem WITHOUT HESITATION or additional delay! We are so very impressed with the support and determination to make our project run smoothly to completion and the attention to our satisfaction. There is no other company I would deal with in building a new home!”

“All the support posts for our car port were rotten and needed to be replaced. The estimator from Kerr came over and reviewed the project. We discussed my requirements: demolition, post replacement, cedar siding and plexiglass windows. The estimate was acceptable and I gave the project the go ahead. Shawn was the contractor for the project. He was very pleasant. We reviewed the job and discussed his suggestions, all of which were positive. Shawn raised some concerns after the demolition. This resulted in additional work and materials. I was very concerned about the overruns but after conversations with Shawn and Dave I agreed to proceed. The end result is excellent. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.”
