“We are so thrilled we employed Sharon Giblett of Refresh Renovations Tauranga to project manage our new kitchen. From the consultation process, right through to the design, choosing the kitchen company, demolition, co-ordinating all the tradies, to the final sign off she was "hands on", overseeing every aspect of the build. Given the difficult climate with material shortages, delivery delays and COVID isolations, she kept our project on track and we have ended up with a beautiful kitchen in a reasonable timeframe and with very little stress. Many thanks Sharon. We will be using you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking at taking on a house project.”

“Jeremy of BuilDam Construction was contracted to do a major renovation to our home in Mount Maunganui . While this renovation had some major challengers, at all times Jeremy and his team were unfazed and maintained a very high standard of workmanship throughout the entire job. Nothing was ever to much trouble for Jeremy who was always extremely well organized and efficient with a very high attention to detail. The whole renovation was a enjoyable experience and we are delighted with the end result. We would highly recommend BuilDam Construction for any construction work big or small. “We had no regrets choosing Justin and his team. The building aspect of this project was challenging and because of JBH Building experience and attention to detail, they chose to discuss issues with us and then resolve with the owners, rather than just forge ahead with an inability to rectify. This has been invaluable to our build. Ours was a renovation - a substantial one. The team was interactive and intelligent, and were happy to use their experience and guidance if we felt stuck making a decision.
