“Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. “We hired Village Homes to custom build our home. We had a few hiccups, but that is expected with any construction process. They were very open to any ideas for change that I suggested and made them happen, even if my timing was not perfect with suggestions. The quality of the structure is outstanding, but I was a little disappointed with the work of some of the interior sub contractors. The warranty has been great as well. Anything that we have not been pleased with has been repaired to our standards without any hesitation. Things may not be as perfect as we expected, but Village is very concerned with their customers satisfaction and will do whatever they can to make things right for them. Overall, we love our neighborhood and our home.”

We love our new home it’s what we always dreamed of, Preston and his design team created a story book house plan of pictures we gathered through the years, they created formal areas and our lounging areas for our growing family. Living a very active family life with the kids playing sports they suggested so many ideas to help us organize all the different equipment, special mounting items that you just don’t think of or realize you can do that. My closet is to die for, I have builtins for my clothes, display cabinets for my shoes, hand bags and some of my jewelry. I have a dressing area in there with long mirrors giving me the ability to check my self at different angles before I leave, my make up area and all the special compartments, drawers it is just so organized and easy. Alberto did outstanding work custom building our cabinetry with many of them being custom furniture pieces. We have been in for several months now and we love the tankless hot water heaters, we had thirty family members stay during the holidays and they were complaining about don’t take long showers leave me some hot water, remember last year you used it all, we didn’t say anything and after a few days they started talking about never running out of hot water, we told them about the whole house tankless system and they couldn’t believe nearly 40 people were able to shower daily, cloths washers going, the dishwashers and not once did anyone run out of hot water. The 2x6 walls and the foam insulation, encapsulated attic with 21 seer duel fuel heat pump, our utility bill is half of what we previously paid and we have twice the square footage. We put our faith and trust in them and they delivered above and beyond our expectations. These are just a few of the items I can put into words and there are so many more it’s just so hard to describe it all. Happy, joyful is an understatement.
