“I have worked with the Stephen Neall Group on two large projects. On both occasions they were extremely professional, always quick to come back with plans and flexible when I made any changes. They are concise about costs and no job is too difficult for them to solve, especially when property renovation may uncover an unexpected problem and that needs solving before things can move forward. They work very well pulling in a team of trusted contractors to work on all aspects of property renovation and all those contractors are really nice people. There were regular and efficient updates right the way through the projects so I never worried whether I needed to chase them on anything. “Steve and the team at Egg did a brilliant job with our very tired en-suite and master bedroom. From initial design ideas, which Steve was able to convey in such a way that we completely subscribed to the overall design, through refinements, strip-out, installation, decorating, flooring, plumbing, electrics and minor snagging, everything was done with care, thoughtfulness, and consideration for us living through the works etc. The team he used was excellent, really good craftsmen who seemed to build everything from scratch and amended the design as installation proceeded and we wanted something slightly different as finishing touches. All in all a really fantastic premium design and build service, with real quality and care for the customer at the front of mind. We are thrilled with the result. We did get though an awful lot of tea as well......”

“Limehouse Design and Build worked with us on our extension, reconfiguration and renovation of our 1930s semi detached house. Work included reconfiguring the layout and adding an extension; replacing and adding windows; building a garden studio; clearing, levelling and turfing the garden and building a patio; installing a bathroom and cloakroom; installing the kitchen and laying a parquet floor. Right from our first discussion with John, we were sure this was the company we wanted to work with. He understood what we were trying to achieve and had ideas and experience to offer. He and Davey worked hard to help us plan our project within the budget we had, offering patience, lots of time and great professionalism. The project started on time and we were consulted at every step. Problems were quickly addressed. Towards the end of the project, time was running short as we needed to move in...Limehouse worked almost around the clock to ensure we were able to do this, even waxing the beautifully laid parquet floor until 3am the night before. It was so lovely to work with Limehouse. They were professional, design led rather than purely builders and made us a lovely family home to move into.”
