“I hired Tink Construction in 2015 for a kitchen remodel. The team was knowledgeable and respectful. They were willing to work with my ideas and offered some really good solutions to the look I was going for.. The project exceeded my expectations. I get tons of compliments. I rehired them in 2016 to remodel my first floor bath. Awesome job. I will continue to use Tink Construction on any future projects. “Cody build a custom mid century’esk chicken coop for us. May not seem like a big deal but we aren’t a normal couple. This was a huge double coop with 2 separate runs on a mountain. Cody was a professional through and through. Came up w a design and went to work. It’s been over a year now and I hear the foxes every night and haven’t lost a hen yet. Plus it looks amazing!”

“Reese and his team recently completed our row home kitchen renovation in South Philadelphia. Their quality of work was excellent and their prices very reasonable. Reese was always professional- very prompt to answer our questions, return calls, etc. They kept their tools and building supplies very organized and respected our home- even left the outside light on for us every night when they left. “We hired Amiano & Son’s for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t have been happier. We met with other contractors during our planning stage and Amiano stood out from the rest from the very start. We knew from our first meeting with Joe, that we were going to go with him. We gave them ideas of what we were thinking along with our budget. They came back with a better plan and layout than what we had imagined. What we really loved about working with Amiano is that we told them our budget and they made every effort to show us options that would work for us. They didn’t present more expensive/elaborate options to entice us to spend more. They were just as focused as we were to stay on budget which removed any undue stress or disappointments. Amiano’s constant communication, craftsmanship and attention to detail was more than what we could have hoped. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Amiano for your next project.”

“Our third major project carried out by Bellweather turned out as well as we could have ever hoped. It involved the removal of walls to open out the ground floor, moving the back wall of the house further back to add square footage to the ground floor, the design and installation of a new kitchen and renovations to what had been the dining room. The project included significant electrical and plumbing work, design work by an architect and coordination with the City to obtain permits and get the work approved.”

“My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”

“Myers impressed me from our first point of contact. They were gracious, communicative, professional, collaborative and genuine. I was excited to work with this team from the start. Our project, while small, was incredibly complex. Myers listened openly when I gave input on technical aspects and issues, and relied on my expertise with a great deal of trust. During the construction phase, I continued to work collaboratively with the site crew, scrutinizing on the smallest of details and working together to get everyting 'just right'.
