“In last October, I and my wife were looking for buy a house. We were quite lucky find Smartbuilt Developments Inc. was building a house that we like. Rainav, the co-founder of the company is the best builder I have ever seen. He provide us the professional design advices, and he gave us a lot of chance to customize our home. We really enjoyed the house when we moved in. Their team is also very responsive to the issues we find in the house which get fixed very quick. I really appreciated for what they have done for us.”

“We contracted with Ackard Contractors to renovate our kitchen and replace a small addition in our 1920's home. We have been delighted with the service and the workmanship provide by the Ackard team. From the beginning stages of demolition through to completion of the project they have exceeded our expectations at every turn. Their collaborative approach and open communication style allowed us to get all that we had asked for and more. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Ackard Contractors did in our home. “We highly recommend Homes by Managen. The company has been friendly, reliable, knowledgeable with high quality workmanship and construction materials. Construction is not complete, however dealing with their vendors has been a pleasurable experience. The vendors are well organized and help make selections easy. There has been no cost overruns. Building a new home can be a daunting experience, Homes by Managen has made the process easy for us. We hired an independent inspector who found minimal problems to date. We are very excited to take possession of our new home.”

“Madison Park Custom Homes is exactly how they advertise; CUSTOM. They ensure the client is always happy and satisfied with their home from the design all the way through the completion of the build. They never put any pressure on myself or my family on what they thought needed to be in the house. Their flexibility and adaptability to change the plans and design of the house in the middle of the build was fantastic. My wife and I were always changing our minds on what we wanted in our home and all it took was a phone call to the Contractor. They would then provide a quote or cost guide for the changes and if we decided to go ahead with these changes, Madison Park Custom Homes ensured the plans were changed and all effected trades were made aware. Madison Park was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They made building a Custom Home enjoyable and as least stressful as possible.”

“This is a top-notch local company providing highly skilled craftsmanship and beautiful wood work. I had my 10ft Parota table and 2 benches done by Darren and I was so blown away by how stunning the pieces are. Darren is so passionate about his craft that you feel rest assured that the pieces will turn out stunning. They are truly a centre piece in any home. Leanne and Darren are fantastic to work with and I am going to refer many more friends to them. Already we had so many compliments from friends and family. I am so happy we chose Urban Timber and will be getting more pieces of furniture in the future from them.”
