“They were very professional when I asked them to give me a generalized bid (dollar per square foot) on a custom home, and I was up front that I had a builder already in mine but wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark for custom home pricing. They had built a home for my neighbors and had done a great job. Ultimately I went with the builder I had already begun the process with, and this particular builder is very closely tied to my family. Had this not been the case, I'm confident Amber DiLane would have been my top 1 or 2 choice based on the work I've seen, recommendations from others who've used them, and overall reputation.”

He takes the time to attend conferences and meetings to stay at the forefront of the industry, constantly adding to his knowledge bank. His knowledge and experience are vast. Scott has his own Process and it is a very good one, whereby he is able to deliver a house as promised, on time and on budget. Scott chooses only the best subcontractors, and continues to develop and strengthen that relationship over time. These relationships help Scott to continuously build quality home after quality home. “All I can say is Wow! We live in Kansas City and building a home in town is hard enough but building one out of town could be real stressful. But Keith Culver Homes were great to work with. We had looked at several builders work in Tyler Texas but they didn't measure up to Keith. He pays attention to detail and if something isn't right he makes it right. But most importantly he is trustworthy. That made it so much easier to build our home and take the stress out of our long distance building experience. And Georgette was excellent in making appointments and taking us to different places to pick out all of our "pretty" things for our new home when we came to town. They both have gone above and beyond our expectations and would recommend them 100%. We cannot wait to move into our absolutely beautiful custom built home by Keith Culver Homes.”
