GMC took over the project, found hidden problems I was able to verify with my structural engineer, and did a terrific job bringing the project to completion. Never did I hear gripes about the other fellow, GMC work and the work of subs was top notch. Best on quality and speed, exceeded my expectations at every turn. Punchlist was less than a doze items. Scope was post drywall, it some had to be pulled and replaced due to structure deficiencies. Fixing doors, windows, installing 2700sqft of tile and hardwood flooring, appliances, paint, and replace the improperly installed roofing gutters. Highly recommended, they saved us.”
