We came to Bob with an architect-designed plan and he input it into his CAD program and came up with a number of improvements and enhancements. Our new home on a lake in Harvard is well-built and highly energy-efficient. The Kodys were great to work with during the 10 month building process and brought the project in on budget (except for some scope changes on our part) and on time. They problem solved, were creative and their craftsmanship was superior. They were fitting both built-ins into a pre-existing architectural design scheme. What they came up with was a seemless transition in terms of detail and design work.
