“We have been living in our Northcape built house for over 2 years now,and couldn't be happier. The process of designing and building the house was delightful, the finished product our dream come true. Designer/decorator Pat Westgate was so easy to work with, accompanying me to granite, tile, appliance and plumbing showrooms, all of which were totally overwhelming. She gently guided me to the best choices, gave her opinions when asked, whittled choices down when there were too many, etc. She was also a great resource when choosing lighting, always difficult for us since my husband and I have different tastes in that regard. She and Project Manager Jim Goin suggested some design changes that we are very happy with. Friends comment on how "solid" the house is--so well insulated from outside noise. It's an exceptionally well built house, with great attention to detail.”

From the first meeting with the project manager ( Nick), we could see that this was going to be a positive experience. Nick worked with us to design something that was both structurally superior and surprisingly affordable. In fact, we were so impressed with the workmanship that we hired them again a few months later to replace our porch. If you are looking for quality work at a competitive price , then look no further. “Joel did a complete renovation on my main bathroom, stripping it down to the bare bones, including removing walls, and then building it up again. My house is 260 years old and I was very concerned about it fitting in with the rest of the house. Joel did a fabulous job, including refinishing the original pin floor and pine vanity, building a laundry closet and a beautiful corner cabinet for sheets and towels. He did complex tile work and installed all new lighting as well as a new clawfoot tub, toilet and marble top for the vanity. He even helped me pick out new colors for the walls. I highly recommend Joel for all your remodling needs.”

“CBBC did an awesome job remodeling our kitchen. It was a big project that included demolishing the old kitchen down to the studs, tearing down a wall and designing a new kitchen from scratch, but CBBC worked with us to keep it under our budget and Brian regularly gave us updates throughout the process. Courtney created an amazing design and Brian’s attention to detail is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.”

“Dana renovated our house nearly 20 years ago and is working with us again to do some additions and reconfiguring. He has a great eye in addition to being very thorough about the details. He takes pride in the aesthetic as well as the quality of the actual construction. We are excited to be working with him again in this house we love.”
