In my case she knew exactly what wall to remove to completely open up the space while preserving the formal dining room; every other designer had suggested turning it into something not appropriate for the era or house. Another suggestion created a more natural flow from one space to the other. I was blown away with their vision, but also, their understanding of my needs and hopes for the space. The workmanship was outstanding. I felt completely comfortable with the foreman and workers on the job, and they left the space spotless each night when they left. Even the subs were all timely, professional and talented. Their professionalism and friendliness helped to make the remodeling process a much easier one! Throughout the process, the office manager frequently checked in to ensure we were keeping on budget, to address any questions, and to ensure that my every question was answered in a timely fashion. She always made herself available, and I appreciated the transparency and participation in the process. And the final outcome has surpassed any hope I could have had for this space. Every detail was finely examined and brought to perfection. I now have a kitchen that is not only MUCH more functional for the way I cook, entertain and live, but it is absolutely magazine-beautiful! From inspiration and design through the construction process and the final outcome, Bailey & Weiler created a perfect space for us. I cannot speak more highly about any member of this entire team, and I will DEFINITELY call upon them for our next remodeling job.”
