“We hired Lisa Dell Design and BCS Construction to undertake a remodel of our kitchen, family room, dining room and bathroom. Lisa was able to supply us design concepts that worked perfect for the project. Once we finalized the design Lisa supplied detailed drawings and 3D renderings of the finished project.The finished job exceeds our wildest dreams and most of all it went very smoothly.”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“These guys are one of the best building and design firms in the industry. They operate under complete transparency and assist in the design process to meet budget. Most experience I've had with designers and architect firms is that they either design your project way out of budget, making it impossible for the builder, or their designs look terrible and they blame it on budget. Not the case with Eddie and his team. Top quality designs that can meet any budget and complete communication that meet expectations every time. I love these guys and have referred everyone I know to them!!”

“We have worked and collaborated with Kim and Bauer Design Group on several residential projects since 2008. Kim and her team have worked on designs ranging from a single room up to multi-million dollar whole house projects that encompassed ground up construction and specifications of finishes, furnishings and fixtures for the interiors and exteriors. It is obvious that when working with her that Kim takes pride in listening to her clients and designing to their wants and needs not to a product or style that might be in her business’ best interest. She has always been very professional in her dealings with both her clients, business partners and suppliers. Kim’s best attributes include her comprehensive understanding of the entire design and construction process, her project planning skills and working to make sure even the smallest details are covered. “Bruce Oliver is very easy to work with. He listens to ideas and offers suggestions that make sense and is sensitive to environmental needs. Working in Laguna Beach can be very challenging with the city codes and Bruce has worked closely with them. I have also hired him to be my project manager as I am doing a full renovation of a house as well as landscaping and a pool design.”

“If you are searching for a company to remodel your bathroom, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! Jerry Moreno is honest, professional and was a rock star throughout the entire project, it's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction; his attention to detail and his forethought allowed me rest easy knowing that Jerry would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. BBJ's professionalism was unmatched, and they've definitely earned a customer for life as I will be going back to them for any future projects that require a contractor.”
