“We had a wonderful experience working with Meghan and Kellen to remodel three rooms in our home, which focused on two complete bathroom renovations. Meghan came up with designs that we loved and then worked with us to get the right products to execute each design. She was very organized and punctual, despite her busy family schedule, and was endlessly patient with our questions and changes. Kellen's carpentry work was also excellent. I would highly recommend Juxta for anyone looking to renovate or build.”

“Provided expert guidance, came in on time and on budget. Always listened to and respected home buyers point of view. Flexible, for example when homeowner purchased masonry heater on own builder found contractors to do the work. Always available and personally on site much of the time and at least twice weekly. Acted as home buyers' agent with sub contractors. Able to maintain full cooperation of sub contractors. Many aspects of the home are "green" , for example, building techniques which provide superior insulation. After one year there have been virtually no issues.”

“We receive (almost an annoying amount) of compliments on the exterior design of our house. People even ring the door bell to let us know. With Deans 3D program he uses to calculate the shade you are going to get through different seasons of the year, we ended up with the perfect amount of shade on our patio's and house in the summer, and sun in the fall and winter. I am amazed how well it worked out. Deans ideas and thought process really is next level design work.”

“Regarding the review from above. If you leave a tub empty more so an older one for months during a hot summer, water will creep in from condensation and leakage from the cover. So finding it frozen does not mean all the water was not taking out of it. So if it was found frozen it would have been best to refill it earlier in the year if you live on a ski hill.”
