“Last year we employed GE Construction Ltd to build a kitchen extension and patio area, and I must say we are delighted with the end result. Gary Earp wasn’t known to us before we employed him and from his very first visit it was very obvious to us that he was very professional, had very high standards and high expectations from his team. We discussed our plans in depth and everything went like clockwork under Gary’s supervision. We were initially worried about having a team of tradesmen around the house for three months however it was no problem at all. The team arrived promptly at 8.00 am every day and left at 4.30 pm leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no smoking on site and no bad language. His team were very polite, considerate and conscientious taking great pride in their work. Gary was always around and was happy to help with any queries that we had and to advise us on any issues that arose during the project. Since the extension was completed Gary has been back to check that everything is o.k and for piece of mind we know he is only a phone call away. I don’t think we could have chosen a better company than GE Construction Ltd to build our new kitchen and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. Chris and his team are approachable which makes you feel that they care about the customer and the quality of the project. When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.”

I have engaged the services of JHF for several projects, each very different and each with their own set of unique demands for flexibility, professional solutions and a definite 'complete ownership' of the project through to full completion and indeed follow-up to ensure the clients' (my personal) satisfaction. I am not an easy customer to work for as my expectations are high and I have significant trades experience myself. I will continue to use their services exclusively, as there is no reason to look anywhere else once you've found the right provider. Deadlines always met and assurance of quality never compromised here. Throughout the latter part of 2019 and early 2020, JHF managed and executed the following works for me: Totally new kitchen incl. appliances, all fixtures, complete, finished job. Office remodelling - walls moved and constructed, ceilings and lighting reworked, doors and window installations-brickwork and framing, painting, complete, finished job. (5,000 sq ft) Private exec shower room, complete construction and appliances supplied. Electrical reworks in a warehouse environment. Installation & comissioning of (6 meter overhead) heaters and fan systems. Draw curtains at height. Outdoor photo-timed security lighting systems, full premises protection. ... and a variety of miscellaneous smaller projects- all eaually professionally finished with zero defects. I will say this much: When I add an extension to my home next year I will be engaging JHF services for all the major works - no contest !”
