“Lasley Brahaney's crew did beautiful work on our new addition. They executed their tasks with skill and professionalism, handling all the details and keeping the stress level as low as possible. The workers were friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to discuss any aspect of the project. Although our project was not a large one, the owner Marc took personal interest in making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. We recommend Lasley Brahaney highly, and will definitely use them again if we have future construction projects.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Matt for over 10 years. I am always impressed by Matt's uncompromising attitude towards accommodating his client's wishes. He often accompanies his clients when they are making tile selections (not very common) so there is no question that all design and application criteria are met. “We are currently discussing refinishing our deck and backyard entertainment area with R Services. Previously they designed and remodeled my kitchen including making a new opening so dining room wall would fit my heirloom hutch. John worked within our budget so we ultimately opted for fancier tile back-splash instead of granite countertops. All new plumbing and fixtures were installed excellently by Stan of SK Plumbing. John, Sergio and crew worked everyday until new kitchen was up and working.”

“My husband and I hired John to completely rebuild an old stone house. We chose him over two other builders not because he was the cheapest, but because the quality and workmanship he displayed were just what we were looking for. John oversaw the entire job, from demo to the finished trim, inside and out. The job entailed tearing the roof and second story, adding a sun room, and then completely rebuilding the house. It included a new second story, all new plumbing and electrical, new kitchen, new bathroom, everything. We wanted to rebuild the house even better than it had been, and that's what we did. We were extremely pleased with John's work and that of the sub-contractors with which he worked. John was on the site every day either overseeing the work, or doing it himself. He was always professional, enthusiastic, and up front about the costs and time the job would take. He gave us great ideas about finishing trim and even milled it himself. Our house is beautiful and well built. If we had to do it over again, we would hire John.”

“Absolutely amazing work!! We are extremely happy with all our finished products! They also have fantastic, pleasant, hardworking and respectful workers. Spina Construction has done several jobs in my home. They finished our basement, made a beautiful walk in closet in our master bedroom and most recently created a spectacular outdoor patio. We look forward to our next project with Spina Construction and recommend them to all my friends!! We will gladly provide pictures of our other projects. Spectacular work!!!”

“We had envisioned landscaping our property for some time; we wanted something distinctive, not cookie-cutter, yet consistent with our house’s character. Our wish list was long and specific. After meeting with Neil (CD/GC) from Chambers Design we felt that the fit was right and decided to move forward. Early in the process it became clear that Neil and his team gave a lot of serious thought to our ideas and how they would work in relation to our house. Neil’s knowledge of his craft is formidable; his ability to harness our wish list into a big concept and then lay out a plan for how to implement it impressed us. We loved what we saw and selected the most important items to address first. The masonry construction was completed in a timely manner by artisans whose work was nothing short of masterful. Even in their first year, we thought the plantings looked gorgeous—and so did the countless hummingbirds and butterflies who visited us. Whenever an unforeseen issue came up, Neil was on top of it and was responsive and communicative. He always followed through. We’d definitely hire him again.”
