Several misunderstandings occurred, but they presented no arguments or problems. Items were quickly remover and replaced to our satisfaction. We did not live in the immediate area where our new home was being built but this presented no problem. Emails & phone calls were returned promptly even on weekends. The quality of the materials used was top of the line and the millwork and hardwood is beautifully done. The workmen & women on site were always polite and courteous.
