“I had hired Mr. Newkirk to replace my deck. I had a wooden deck that was rotting. Mr. Newkirk developed and designed a fabulous patio area for me. My patio area now consists of pavers and flagstone, 2 levels. He also installed an excellent drainage system and some low voltage lighting. He had many wonderful ideas for future planning as well that included fire pit and fountains. He did an excellent job throughout the entire process from the design concept, to planning, to completing the project. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him on this project.”

“Ty's company remodeled a kitchen in our 45+ year old house. He and his crew took the kitchen down to the sheet rock, replaced flooring, cabinets, lighting, appliances and came in on time and on budget. He was easily accessible during the entire process and answered all questions and concerns with respect and reasonable answers or suggestions. We would definitely use him again. We have never worked with a contractor who we felt like listened to our needs/wants and worked to attain them in the manner in which he did, all while staying within our budget. He even had subs who worked on the weekend! We love our new kitchen and are enjoying cooking again!”

“The Brian Daniels Construction company is remodelling a townhome for use as a full time residence. Brian and Jason the project manager have been very responsive regarding our questions and requests.The project started on time, has continued to be well organized and has progressed through the initial stages just like Brian proposed. Our unit is clean and so far everything has been done with a quality product in mind.”
