“From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’ we were immediately struck with their enthusiasm and insight into our project. We were impressed with the time and dedication they showed in producing a very well laid out and costed specification based on our initial plan. They are very particular paying careful attention to detail and have built up an excellent team of skilled contractors who all worked to an extremely high standard. They managed to work around us, whilst we continued living in the property, ensuring that we had basic services available at all times - much appreciated in the winter months. During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. They proved flexible and always listened to our requirements producing a superb end result. “Design'd Living completely refitted our study, with new floor, cupboards, shelving and a custom desk fitted into a bay window. The quality of the work was exceptional & great attention was paid to the smallest of details. The oak veneered worktop was fitted perfectly to the bay, without the use of any sealant - particularly impressive. We have received numerous compliments from friends and other professionals. Design'd Living subsequently remodelled a section of our kitchen with new units that were indistinguishable from the existing, The walls were retiled and new eye-level appliances fitted. We would have no hesitation using them for other projects in our house.”

“Anne Gleed Interiors oversaw the design and installation of our living room last summer. We had already used her to oversee our downstairs extension interior in 2015 - which included a new kitchen, hallway, dinning area and downstairs shower room. The whole living room was redone, new carpet, new wall mounted TV, new fireplace (we took out the 1950's fireplace and replaced it with an original 1930's one in line with our house it looks like it has always been there, exactly what we wanted), new custom made bookcase, new sofa, new custom made curtains. We relied on Anne's knowledge throughout. The budget was £8000 and this was met - work was finished on time. We are thrilled with the results, we don't think we would have got this standard of finish on our own.”

“Wow! Kelly has given us some much more than a home, rather we have a multitude of spaces where we can relax, escape, socialise, cook, entertain, sleep, and play. We love it and the kids adore it. It's way beyond anything we would have been capable of doing and everyone who sees it gets house-envy! And it was so stress-free, everything was on time, and somehow from our brief of a few picture ripped from a magazine, Kelly has created a kid-proof, beautiful, unique and high-end design on an 'IKEA-like' budget. We just hope she doesn't get too booked up so she still has time to come and do our London house as well!”

“Lisa helped us with the refurbishment of a 2 bedroom Flat. Not only she brought a unique and expert angle on how to optimise the space but was very considerate and took on board the things we felt strongly about. She went above and beyond to get the project done right for us and I could not be any more grateful. The end result is stunning and was all done on a very high quality and in a very good time frame. “We worked with Custom on their Luxury ski chalet project in the breathtaking resort of Val d'Isere in the summer of 2014 as their supplier of handcrafted copper baths and basins, and could not have been more thrilled to be a part of this stunning project. Custom literally transformed the chalet from a dark interior into a stylish and luxurious space that perfectly reflects the calm and tranquility of the surrounding pristine mountain environment. Their eco-friendly ethos and passion for using recycled and environmentally sustainable materials whilst creating a high-end luxury final product was the perfect match for our products, and the finished interior is a flawless example of Industrial Luxe and Mountain Living. We sincerely hope to work again with them in the future and can't wait to see what beautiful and unique concepts and designs they create next.”
