    “The folks at UBUILDIT made building my first house such a pleasure. They were respectful of my wishes in the design, we're careful to answer my questions about things that I didn't understand, walked me through the finance process, and in general answered all my questions and concerns quickly and straightforwardly. The subcontractors and providers that they let me to turned out to be to be a wonderful group as well. I left the process feeling very proud of myself in being the contractor for the project, but I could never have done it without the people at UBUILDIT standing by my side. My only regret is that I waited until retirement to build my first house with UBUILDIT.”

    “We had a tornado come through our small town and devastated our neighborhood. My insurance company gave us names of a few companies and we choose Paul Davis. They were fantastic, they listened to all of our concerns and wants. They completely gutted out our living room and loft and tore off everything on the outside, siding, roof, gutters and windows. They were great to work with. Absolutely no complaints.”

    “We hired Lynch Construction to replace all of the windows in our former home, a 1924 Tudor style. The workers were very respectful of our home, unobtrusive & a pleasure to work with. So when we bought an 1895 Victorian we called Lynch to handle our large renovation project. Every aspect of the project has been professionally & expertly handled. From working with the architect, coordinating the many tradesmen and keeping on schedule & budget while maintaining excellent quality, the Lynch team has again been a real pleasure.”

Steve patiently worked hand in hand with us to create a design that met our lifestyle and our design aesthetic. The quality of work met and exceeded even our exacting standards. The project included a major addition to our house that included a complete kitchen renovation, adding a mudroom, adding a laundry room and and addition/renovation of three bedrooms.”

    “Passion for Design, Quality and Customer Service. Our 1st project with Ruvin Bros. was 4 year ago. They designed and built our 2 level addition and garage. Ruvin Bros. listened to the needs of our family of 6 and created a masterpiece that we only wish we had done 15 years earlier! Their design process was insightful and professional. The construction and final product of our new space is simply stunning and was completed on time which was a huge plus for our family so we could get back to normal life in our home. We are currently working on our 2nd project with Ruvin Bros. Although it is a small project (full bath), every attention to detail is there, just as it was for our 1st project. THANK YOU to the entire staff at Ruvin Bros. I would highly recommend their Services. Tammy Heuer”

    “We hired Silver Birch Consulting & Contracting for it's knowledge, their professional appearance and attitude. They listened to what we wanted in our master bathroom. We knew exactly what the room would like due to the detailed sketch. They didn't mind changing the plans if we didn't like them. We had a choice of how we wanted to pay (either paying in three installments and or paying each sub contractors directly). If, you wanted to stay within a budget, they did't push you. They were very helpful and they let you pick out want you wanted and if you got stuck they helped you out with that. The guys that built our bathroom were very professional and answered your questions or showed you what they were doing. If they had an idea, they let you decide if you wanted to do it our not. In conclusion, we have hired them to do another job . I have included some picture while it was being built.”
