“What started with moving furniture and noticing a soft spot in the carpet along the edge of an outside wall and a water spot suddenly appearing in the ceiling above it with San Antonio’s heavy rains of Sept 2018 started our journey with DMJ Restorations. Sam Hoffman was extremely knowledgeable in guiding us through the insurance process and, because of his efforts, we actually received more money than we might have received otherwise. We learned a lot along the course. We have been so pleased with their entire team for a multitude of tasks they did for us – roofing, demolition, construction, sheetrock, painting and carpet installation. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they were going to do (and then some), and cleaned up extremely well after themselves. All while respecting our home and its contents. They paid attention to all of the little details, some we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. Would we recommend them to others? YOU BET and without hesitation!”

“Matthew Mumme and Co. more than fulfilled my expectations! He gave 125% of his time and energy. His ideas surprised me, amazed me, and "blew away" the honored guests. He made my home feel as if it were a million dollar palace with the outside decor, the china plates, the silver serving pieces, REAL wine glasses, and on and on! “After a very successful MBR bathroom remodeling session, we invited Scott and Carol to come back to remodel our kitchen. This included removal of the builder quality cabinets and replacing them with white 42" shaker cabinets and plenty of extra space. Their team did a great job and finished the project in the time they projected. Questions -- Scott or Carol almost instantly respond. They are both extremely flexible and want to ensure you wind up with exactly the finished product you desired. Quality work for a reasonable price!! Highly recommended.”

“I had used KM Builders to remodel a Master Bathroom, paint the Master Bedroom and slightly update a Powder Room (Hallway 1/2 bathroom). The service from start of demolition to the end room was given the attention I needed to meet a time frame and addressed most concerns within hours through the process. I would have liked to see more consistency in the project management from the signing of the contract through the design effort to the demolition start. The initial contract sales project managers did not pull things together and seem to push things off on others. He didn't follow through on items I asked for It took too long from the signing of the contract to getting a start date. He did not provide guidance through the design/selection process. Once the project was in kick off mode, the "construction" project manager was introduced. This construction project manager took about 2 weeks to give me a start date. Then, on the start date of the construction, another project manager was assigned. This project manager did his best to pull together all the loose ends from the previous project managers. I had provided input throughout the construction on what would be better for the customer and thoughts to process improvements for KM Builders. The final project manager was very receptive and addressed each matter professionally and timely. His efforts would make me consider hiring the company again under condition he was the project manager.”

“Over 8 years ago, VD&B did a large remodel of our home to include new kitchen, new bathroom, inside painting, fixtures, flooring, roof, new porch and driveway, etc, etc. We were/remain highly satisfied with the design, work, price, courtesy and time involved. Recently, through lots of use, two heavy custom made cabinets needed to be rehung in the laundry room and dining area. We called VD&B to do the work which they did quickly and completely. We expected to pay for the work. Next, Bryan Smith, CEO, called to say there would be no charge. Our huge satisfaction with VD&B continues!!!”

“Travis Bowman has done exemplary work in design for the addition we are planning for our church in San Antonio. Although we have not started building yet, Travis displayed passion, knowledge, and skill in helping us develop a workable building. He listened to our ideas with an open mind, then helped us adjust the plan when necessary, taking into consideration financial limits, population concerns, and spiritual inspiration. He is a pleasant gentleman who has our complete endorsement and faith.”
