“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”

“Karen designed a complete inside and out remodel of our 40+ year old 3400 sq-ft home on Bainbridge Island. She also hired and supervised the work of a group of outstanding subcontractors. The job was completed in a timely manner at on budget. Karen was great to work with. She listened to our ideas and then transformed them into plans that proved to be better than we hoped. We whole heartedly recommend her and she will get our call if we ever tackle this kind of project again.”

He also installed a french patio door that has completely improved the look of my dining room. He also hand built a mantel for my fireplace, that people constanly ask me where I purchased it! “Gary Whitcomb's work in our home was relaxed because he took care of everything! I was undecided on a wall paint color, trying many combinations and painting swatches on the wall. Nothing seemed to work, as I had a pre-determined color in my mind. One afternoon, I came home to see that Gary had simply added more white to a certain color and voila! It was perfect. His crew were always on time, their work was quality, down to the detail in the baseboards! I just told him my ideas, and he went with it! There were no hassles, no surprises, and no messes to clean up after the last truck left. All I was left with, was a beautiful bathroom! Thank you Gary and thank you to your crew of excellent craftsmen!”
