“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“We are so excited to be working with Mountain Modern Construction and Design! What a great combination of beautiful interior design along with amazing craftmanship and efficiency. Typically, you just get one or the other or none. It is so hard to find a reliable contractor, and someone that listens to what you actually want. Rand and Elle are excellent communicators and are so talented in their craft! MMCD is such a unique company, bringing all the years of experience in both design and construction to the Prescott area, in one company. It is awesome to not have to hire 5 different professionals to do what Rand and Elle can do. We know that our home (our finished remodel project) would not be nearly as awesome had we not consulted with Mountain Modern Construction and Design!”

“B3 was very professional and their craftsmanship was excellent with the installation of two large skylights. Bob Harris made every effort to make sure the final product matched the existing wood finishes and that we were 100% satisfied. I have already recommended him to our new neighbors.”

“Simone designed a house for us in Sedona, Az. He works incredibly hard, is extremely honest and never ever lets his ego get in the way. Simone always listens, returns emails and calls promptly and is very respectful of our time. He delivers way more than contracted for and won't quit working until you are totally satisfied. Combining his work ethic with phenomenal design talent makes for an ideal home designer. He is so good with details and interior spaces that we were thrilled when he detailed out every elevation of every wall inside the house as part of his normal contract. Anything I want to build I will have him design - from a outdoor fire pit to a cool vanity or inside bench. Bottom line- in my opinion Simone is a great find - the combination of talent, hard work, delivering more than expected and his great personality offered up at a competitive rate is a hard combination to beat.”

“I had Skiby & Sons build some custom racks and display cases for my business. The products themselves are of the highest quality, in both materials and craftsmanship, I get compliments on them all the time. They were reasonably priced, and quick to deliver. They are a small family owned and operated company, that provides personal service and custom artisan craftsmanship that is truly refreshing to see in this day and age of large corporate design firms and mass produced machine made furnishings. I highly recommend Skiby & Sons!”

“Initially, Tom came recommended to us from our architect to build a new garage and studio, and to remodel our vacation cabin into a larger, updated, full-time residence. He did excellent quality work and actually finished the projects under budget. Since those original projects in the late 1990's, Tom has built additional structures for us, including a stand alone workshop with stone exterior. He does high-quality work and has always been available for followup, if needed.”
