“We highly recommend Homes by Managen. The company has been friendly, reliable, knowledgeable with high quality workmanship and construction materials. Construction is not complete, however dealing with their vendors has been a pleasurable experience. The vendors are well organized and help make selections easy. There has been no cost overruns. Building a new home can be a daunting experience, Homes by Managen has made the process easy for us. We hired an independent inspector who found minimal problems to date. We are very excited to take possession of our new home.”

“Madison Park Custom Homes is exactly how they advertise; CUSTOM. They ensure the client is always happy and satisfied with their home from the design all the way through the completion of the build. They never put any pressure on myself or my family on what they thought needed to be in the house. Their flexibility and adaptability to change the plans and design of the house in the middle of the build was fantastic. My wife and I were always changing our minds on what we wanted in our home and all it took was a phone call to the Contractor. They would then provide a quote or cost guide for the changes and if we decided to go ahead with these changes, Madison Park Custom Homes ensured the plans were changed and all effected trades were made aware. Madison Park was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They made building a Custom Home enjoyable and as least stressful as possible.”
