“The Katz Builders team is very professional. We have worked on dozens of projects together over a span of over 25 years (my firm draws the plans and Katz does the construction) and every one of my clients who has used Katz for the construction project has been very pleased with quality, professionalism and service. The level of personal attention and care they provide is unparalleled. In one remodel, for instance, they painstakingly removed the original wood casing from doors and reinstalled it after the remodel was finished. Their tile installer did my own floors and I was extremely impressed with how carefully he and his lead installer planned the layout to make sure that the tile was centered on several different axes as well as ensuring no small slivers of tile at edges and other subtle things I would never have noticed had they done it incorrectly. If something "doesn't seem right" about plans we have provided, the Katz team always call to make sure they get it right rather than "winging it" in the field risking misinterpretation of our intent. They have used many of the same sub-contractors the entire time I have known them which means to me that they have loyal sub-contractors and you will get consistent and high quality results from them. And, once again, I want to mention that in all these years I have not once had a homeowner come back to me and complain about them as their builder. That is very rare in this business.”

“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. “JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room. She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”

“I reached out to Bat City Builders for advice on my foundation. I have an old house with a brick/concrete porch on the front. The porch has been pulling away from the main house (It's the Livingroom wall), causing cracks along the drywall inside and cracks along the brick outside. I've been debating getting this worked on for a long time and just haven't been sure what to do. They took the time to give me advice on what I needed to look for when interviewing foundation repair services and ultimately gave me the confidence to get my home fixed. I'm very happy and grateful to have had the chance to work with them.”

“Fred Parker and his son Ron Parker are currently building my new home, and the quality and professionalism is outstanding. They are extremely thorough in planning and anticipating situations and formulating solutions to prevent unexpected problems. They use only high quality and reputable subcontractors. Their goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time. Fred Parker has been building homes for 50 + years, and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for his contribution to building issues in Fort Worth. Update Dec 2015: I have been living in my beautiful home now for a year, and the follow up service by Fred Parker has been outstanding. Fred and his son Ron treat my home like it their prized possession. They take so much pride in the quality of the work, their service, and their client relationships. “Crimson Design did the interiors for my living room and my daughter's bedroom in 2011 and since then has furnished my study this year. Micah and her Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and listen to what you would like done. They then use their expertise to incorporate a lot of what you requested but put their professional touch into the design. I would highly recommend Crimson Design. They are a pleasure to work with.”
