CHLEBEK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, INNOVATION, RESPECTFUL, AND COOPERATIVE ON ANY DIFFICULT ISSUE OF DESIGNING PROCESS. ALSO, HE SHOWS RESPONSIBILITY TO MEET DEADLINES AND COST OF PROJECT FROM OWNERS PERSPECTIVE.”

“Not only is Design Seed building out my Paint & Sip art studio (Bottle & Bottega Highland Park), during the planning phase our personal home suffered a catastrophic fire and we decided have Design Seed design and rebuilt our home. Manuel is a consummate professional keeping us in the "loop" on all updates and movement of the buildings via their online project website. We are very happy with their level of response, courtesy and open mindedness when it comes to making tough decisions about our buildout and our rebuild.”

“I've seen some of SolidBuild's work in friends' summer homes, and after seeing the prices listed here (not to neglect the Forest Stewardship Council certification), I'm hoping to order a shed myself soon. (A tip to SolidBuild's profile manager: More photos and a variety of interior and exterior shots would help. The photographs available here don't adequately present the quality of the wood used. I would like an occasional photo to show the texture of the wood--it's quality materials being used. Also, the profile description doesn't sufficiently present the unique style of the units. I'd be curious to know why the sheds look so different from others listed here. Kudos!)”
