    “We have completed a "whole home" renovation with MyHouse - and we continue to be thrilled with both our results and our followup care and attention. The attention to detail, the professional standards, and the client focus were all we could ask for. While in a job of this magnitude there were the inevitable hiccups, any issue was dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. Projects of this size can be very stressful - but this team made it so much less so as we always felt in good hands through the entire process. I would recommend this firm to anyone contemplating renovation, and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.”

    “Sprucehill Contracting project managed a major renovation for us in North Vancouver, which included an addition to the second level of the home, and a complete gut-and-rebuild of the interior space. In addition to the routine challenges faced in any renovation, the job had the additional challenge of being subject to work on a streamside protected property in the District of North Vancouver (the house literally sits over a creek). Any time we ran into a challenge with sourcing materials, working within our budget or working within the strict streamside bylaws, we felt that this team had our back and our best interests at heart. We were very well informed, and well listened to every step of the way. Erik and the Sprucehill team were able to navigate through the bylaws and restrictions within the DNV, work seamlessly with our designer and build our dream home, both on time and on budget. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the team and the results. Would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking to do a small renovation to a complete build from the ground up.”

    “We had our two bathrooms completely remodeled in 2013. This involved asbestos removal, reinforcement of some subflooring, putting in new heated tile floors, new bathtub and shower, new sinks, new toilets, new cabinets, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans and ductwork, new mirrors, drywall, and paint. Everything was installed to the highest degree of workmanship - we are delighted with the result. We didn't choose the lowest quote - we chose Canadian Renovations because we thought they would do an excellent job for us, and they actually exceeded our expectations.”

    “Chris and the Ritchie Team did an outstanding job of renovating my kitchen. There were very restrict Condo rules and regulations and they "stick handled" things amazingly well. Our Strata found them to be one of the best Contractors to deal with as well. Chris went above and beyond. He said he would do everything he could be make us happy and get the job done the way we wanted and he did!”

    “From the moment we met Babak we knew we were in good hands. Completely hands on, open and honest. They finished a total reno (down to the studs with addition) in just over 4 months!!!! Certainly a few hectic days to power through it, but overall could not be happier with the quality and coordination the sub trades. Our neighbours even commented on how all the sub trades were happy and courteous. I trust him 100% and would highly recommend Project Mint”
