“Design and execution of remodel that opened kitchen and separate dining room into large open kitchen/dining area. At design level worked well with owners to develop plan. Very knowledgeable regarding materials, as well as up to challenges presented by some aspects of original design, such as ceiling heat that constrained lighting choices. Design team covered range of expertise necessary for the job. Excellent management of the building phase. Workers well coordinated to keep job moving forward. Adhered closely to time line and budget.”

“Joseph and David Patrick have been working at home construction and remodeling since they were boys. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience to go with it. They are courteous, diligent, motivated and ethical. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. You will enjoy everything about them from the design to the implementation to the finished result. “I've seen a couple remodels by The Remodel Group. What struck me beyond the beauty and transformation was the attention to detail in hardware, craftmanship, not to mention the creativity. They are aware of new technology and use it, ie moving stove vents, shelving for appliances that lifts up and pulls out, solid, flexible hinges, etc. They show integrity and respect toward the client. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any needs you have.”

“John and Sandy Hendricks of Ovation Design Build approached our kitchen and master bath remodel projects with enthusiasm and a high level of expertise, experience and professionalism. In each case, they spent time with us to better understand what we wanted, and then came up with a design plan that reflected both us and our life style perfectly. Sandy has wonderful design ideas, and John is expert at implementing them. They have great resources both for the material needed for the project (countertops, tile, hardware, cabinets etc.), and the people who can install them to their exacting standards. They both have an eye for detail and like a job to be done correctly, and the results show that. While they took our ideas into account, there are so many features we continue to appreciate every day that are a direct result of the excellent suggestions and guidance that Sandy and John provided. Their friendly manner certainly enhanced the whole experience.”

“Birdsmouth Construction created a beautiful custom deck for our family that included lighting, hidden fasteners, custom metalwork.....a simplicity of form that required an amazing amount of finesse and engineering before construction could begin. Josh's attention to detail is incredible, the fit and finish work he/his crew does is untouchable. Josh is an absolute pleasure to have about as he's so hardworking yet always open to discussion/collaboration. Josh is honest, funny, a child and dog magnet and he takes extreme pride in his work. He was so considerate about how he left the site daily, taking our family's enjoyment into consideration....all was so tidy. Timelines were met consistently and all felt so smooth and easy on our side. He's a total professional. There should be an option for more stars! We have had quite a bit of work done on our home; as it's quite old, we won't hire anyone but Josh on future projects.”

“Karen Richmond has designed and managed five major projects for us, with total costs exceeding $500K.* Three of the projects encompassed total renovations of older properties. Karen totally understood our requirements and presented tasteful, cost efficient, and environmentally sound designs. Project management and coordination with sub and outside contractors was supurb. Each project was completed ahead of schedule including "enhancements, created on-the-fly. Karen is not only professional but also a pleasure to work with, particularly as she creates practical solution to our design requirements.
