“JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room. She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”

“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

I recently received a beautiful custom chaise lounge that looks and feels like me. He captured my aesthetic and designed a piece that works well in the space. I highly recommend him.”

“I hired Southern Green to perform a remodel on a Bungalow style home. They were very professional and walked my wife and I through every step of the process. I would consider myself pretty demanding and like to see all options before me when making a decision and Southern Green accommodated my requests happily! They provided me different options based on my budget and allowed me to make decisions accordingly. I have recently met with Southern Green again for a new build project I am working on and it appears they have come even further. Their collaboration tools look great and will make the build experience even more seamless. Highly recommend Southern Green!”

“We are right in the middle of a complete remodeling of our 1977 kitchen; this includes not only gutting the kitchen, but taking down existing walls. Randy and Donna Jarnigan are very professional and enthusiastic about their work. They have a long resume of satisfied clients. I phoned three of the many on their list and every one of them said the same thing, "We were very happy with the results of their work. They are excellent to work with. I would hire them again." Contracts are very complete; changes are marked and color coded, workers are polite and competent. Donna has a good eye for design and her veto power remains steadfast. Randy has a great fervor for the demolition aspect and is knowledgeable on all details of construction and utilities. They are quick to answer calls, texts, and emails. They are priced a little high, but it does pay to have expertise and experience on the job. As stated above, we are in the middle of the experience (tile floor is being set as I write); I will do a complete review--with photos--after we start cooking.”
