“We have worked and collaborated with Kim and Bauer Design Group on several residential projects since 2008. Kim and her team have worked on designs ranging from a single room up to multi-million dollar whole house projects that encompassed ground up construction and specifications of finishes, furnishings and fixtures for the interiors and exteriors. It is obvious that when working with her that Kim takes pride in listening to her clients and designing to their wants and needs not to a product or style that might be in her business’ best interest. She has always been very professional in her dealings with both her clients, business partners and suppliers. Kim’s best attributes include her comprehensive understanding of the entire design and construction process, her project planning skills and working to make sure even the smallest details are covered. Kim definitely has an eye for current styles and trends and she is undoubtedly one of the top designers we have worked with in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. Kim is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her services!”

“It was a great pleasure to work with John and Advanced Building. They are incredibly professional, detailed, organized and patient. Everyone on staff provided a very high-quality of service. We had our old house demolished and rebuilt from scratch. 3500 sq ft 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. We have been working with our Designer and Architect for over a year making the house perfect and it was finally time to have it built. We found Advanced Building by recommendation from the designer. It took 9 months for the house to be built. We were part of the process through each step and they kept our family updated with each phase. Great communication. Job sites were always clean, secure and active. Fun for the kids to watch from a distance. We are very happy with the quality of work, craftsmanship quality and highly recommended. We love having parties at the house and enjoying the backyard pool. Showing it off!!”

“I have been living In Mar-vista CA/West LA area for over 30 years. My house is about 3,000 Square feet and I have procrastinated renovating it for a very long time. I was very concerned with finding a reputable construction company as I heard so many horror stories related to this industry. I was so lucky to be referred to “kofler design build” by a close friend I trusted very much. I met with Asaf, and with no time my worries fated away. He asked me all the right questions, took notes and open my eyes to the possibilities at hand. What I liked most was that he wasn’t pushy in any fashion and told me to take my time and think things through. My main focus was on the kitchen, flooring, master bath and powder room. Within two days, Asaf emailed me a detailed proposal that fully explained the project. He of course included the total price as well as a fair stage payment process. I called him up and told him “Let’s do it”. He sent me all the documents to review and had me signed them via DocSign, at my own privacy, which was another very comforting factor. (Especially after having a guy from a different company that wouldn’t leave until I signed his contract – Terrible) After several days we met with his amazing cabinet maker to work on the kitchen design and schedule the official start date. A week later demolition started. I never imagine anyone paying so much attention to cover walls, floors, doors etc.. before the they start demolition. His crew finished all the demolition, haul away and cleaning up in one day! (WOW) The crew members and his foreman were at the house every day at 7:45 am, waiting to come in at 8:00 am sharp. The work was professional and the attention to detail was remarkable. Cabinets came out better than I thought. We had one issue with the counter tops, where the island counter broke. Asaf took care of it right away and three days later they came back to install a new one, no questions asked. Asaf Helped me with all the fixtures selection and was able to save me quite a bit of money on most of them including all the tiles. One thing I really appreciated was the fact that each day about 20/30 minutes before they finished for the day, his workers stopped everything and clean-up the work area. I am very sensitive to dust and so I found this incredibly thoughtful. The project was done in just under six weeks about a week before schedule. I don’t have much experience in renovating so it’s hard for me to compare this company to other companies, but I can most definitely say that my experience exceeded my expectations and was very, very good! “We interviewed 13 different contractors before hiring Eileen to remodel our house. She was initially working with an "interior designer" that we had previously retained, but it turned out that at best, she was an interior decorator. We were really trying to give the "designer" the benefit of the doubt because I had a prior relationship with her through my alumni association and we had become friends, but Eileen became concerned because her "design" ideas weren't going to work well for functional and aesthetic reasons. Eileen finally scheduled a meeting for all of us to attend, but the "designer" failed to show up. In any event, when we learned about the extent of the problems, we immediately terminated the "designer." It later came to light that the "designer" had also charged us inappropriately and had us purchase materials at the highest priced stores in order to increase the size of her fees. In any event, Eileen felt so sorry for us and she had been an interior designer before she became a licensed contractor. Eileen took over the role of designer and did not charge us for that additional role because she couldn't believe what we had paid already in that regard. In any event, Eileen and her crew were very diligent and met their time deadlines. With such a large job, it is not unusual for some problems to arise. To her credit, Eileen always took responsibility for any such issues. In fact, the roof leaked over a year after her roofer had done repairs in that area and Eileen made sure that the roof was fixed properly and that the damage caused by the leak was corrected to our satisfaction. We were so impressed with Eileen and liked working with her so much, that she became a close personal friend. We most recently saw her at our wedding on May 3rd, over three years after she remodeled our house.”

“Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms. Thanks OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. and all the Yelpers helping me find this gem! Also, they do free in-home estimates so call them! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”
