“They designed and built a gorgeous deck for us; used the highest quality materials. They took great pride in the job and it paid off. The deck faces onto a golf course and we get compliments from golfers passing by all the time. Nick and his men are gentlemen - honest and respectful of us and our home.”

“We hired RMB Building & Design to renovate our master bathroom. The renovation required the removal of floor to ceiling one foot square tiles in the shower, above and around the bath tub and the floor. A walk-in closet was also removed. The room was taken back to the studs and new sheet rock installed. The shower plumbing was reconfigured. New bath and shower fittings were installed as well as cabinetry and tiling throughout. Following our original discussion about the project with RMB, sub contractors were brought in together to access the scope of work and submit their quotes. We had a written quotation outlining the work with a schedule soon after. The project was started on time and completed with a week or so to spare. Mack Braxton and his son Travis Braxton who oversaw the renovation were very professional in dealing with us and the trades people. They answered any queries or calls we made, promptly. We highly recommend RMB. They are extremely honest and diligent. This is our second project with RMB.”

“We hired Fasse Construction and Development to help us freshen our house for a re-launch onto the sales market. Pam Fasse and her crew took care of interior and exterior painting, plumbing, and general repairs. She worked within our budget, always communicating the options available at every decision point, offering suggestions and recommendations, but never presuming decisions. Despite the best efforts of all involved, our house has not found a buyer. When it does, we look forward calling Pam for our next home.”

“I have three clients currently working with McKee Homes. Everyone in the process has been amazing! From the different builders to the different onsite specialists and of course Amy in the Design Center - McKee has earned our loyalty! I can say with confidence to any client looking to buy a new home or build a home from scratch, McKee homes is the way to go! Their floorplans are fantastic, they have an online design app that has really helped my out of town clients, they make the process easy and seamless...I can't say enough about the positive experience. Am I saying every day is perfect? No, but what construction project is perfect from weather delays to permitting issues from various municipalities. I can say however, I have constant communication from McKee representatives and know exactly where the project stands. Mr. McKee has stood by his word and product even through some tough times for one of my clients who needed to sell in order to buy. If you want a quality home from a family owned company who cares about their product - you should contact me and I will help you find the McKee home of your dreams!!”

“Allowing Ralph Locklear and Southeastern General Contractors to build our home was a very good experience. Ralph really cares about his clients and only wants the best for them. He offered the best advice for us from beginning to end. He wasn't about offering us services we didn't need just to make more money. Ralph was honest, respectful, and always kept a great attitude no matter what the situation looked like. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work and we have showcased our home on several different occasions to show off his wonderful work. We thank God for putting Ralph in our path because it made our home building experience easier and satisfying. Our relationship with Ralph Locklear is still as strong as it was 4 years ago. “What sets Bryan apart from other contractors are his design aesthetic and his ability to communicate his vision. He and his team remodeled our "honeymoon cottage" guest house, and it was like having an architect, builder and illustrator rolled into one. When I had a question about how an archway was going to look, Bryan just took out his sketch pad and drew it out for me. His attention to the artistic details as well as the overall scope of the project is amazing. The only surprises you get with Bryan and his team are good ones! My husband and I were so pleased with his work that we are getting ready to start another remodeling project with him.”

“working with Betsy Braddock and her company, Braddock Built Renovations, was a delightful experience in home renovation! Betsy and her team completely remodeled our beach cottage, including creating an amazing custom built kitchen, an open concept area between the kitchen, dining area and the sunroom, and a beautiful restoration of the thirty year old grass cloth wallpaper. Betsy has a wonderful planning method of getting to know her customers through several preliminary visits, friendly dialogue, and her own wise design suggestions--all of which makes the final construction plan very detailed and totally in harmony with the customer's needs and wants. Then, Betsy delivers every detail in a big way! We were completely amazed and enchanted by the finished product of our newly renovated home. It was beautiful and functional beyond our wildest dreams. We enthusiastically recommend Betsy and her company to anyone seeking home renovation.”
