“HRHVA was wonderful to work with. They were able to convert our shower into a beautiful roll in one with tile & glass doors. “Master bath/closet redesign. Relocated and redesigned master bath for better function of the room which allowed for an extremely spacious walk-in closet. “LU Pearce did a major renovation at our home on Gwynn's Island this past year. A new staircase to our second story was designed to replace a poorly situated spiral one. Ken was able to design exactly what we wanted and it came out beautifully, as if it had always been there. A coat closet (under the new stairs), powder room, and new master bath were also part of the project as well as renovation of a guest bath. Thad and the subcontractors were true professionals. They were easy to work with, patient and helpful in decision making from beginning to end. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and I was able to comfortably work with their allowances for lighting, vanities, fixtures etc. to stay on budget. We are very happy with the finished product!”

“The owners and crew members of Paragon Constuction are experts in the field of home exterior renovation. The exterior of our 30 year old Colonial home looks like a brand new home. Paragon Construction replaced the old siding with Hardi-Plank siding, new vinyl windows, all exterior trim also replaced. In addition, a new front porch was designed and constructed, a garden shed designed and built, bluestone patio, with built-in grill and firepit, installed, as well as cobblestone pavers along the driveway. The project was started on time and finished on time. We were kept informed every step of the project and there were no "financial" surprises. The crew was polite, the work site was cleaned up everyday. The owners of the business were on site every day and in constant contact. They made great suggestions for improving the appearance of our home and exterior and called in other experts, such as arborists and irrigation system specialists when necessary. Paragon has so many satisfied customers requesting interior renovation work that they do kitchen and bathroom renovations.”

“Lee and his crew built us a one of a kind automated staircase for our attic. Lee designed it from the start and it turned out amazing!!! My wife and I cannot recommend Lee enough. He was professional, punctual, easy to work with and his attitude is amazing. He loves a challenge. I would recommend Del-ray Construction to anyone without hesitation. 10 stars!!!!!!”

“We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive. After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades. Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking. After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch. Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted. The proof are in the attached photos. We couldn't be more delighted in the outcome. Simple. Elegant. All ours. We are truly 21st century discoverers who love technology. And to be able to locate TTLLC via the web & conduct design business in a modern way sure beats the old fashion way of beating the bush & seeing who shows up much less return our phone calls.
