“She listened, she recommended just what I wanted, I bought , she installed the blinds and delivered the outdoor furniture on time.. I'm unsure about the window treatment year and cost so I noted the outdoor furniture info. Her store holds so many possibilities that when I need something again I would be foolish to not go see Susie....or invite her to my home.”

“My wife and I began working with Sagart Studios/Poliform more than ten years ago on a small project in our home. We have continued working with them for the past decade, and now virtually every room in our house has been touched, redesigned or rebuilt, by them. Vincent Sagart and his Poliform team have been terrific at helping us expressing and interpreting how we want in our home to look and feel. They are perfectionists in execution, and the result for us has been beautiful, even exquisite, and at the same time simple and comfortable. Their sense of style, design, what can happen in a given space, and the options that are available, particularly using the Poliform designs and products, have been some of the factors that kept us returning to Sagart Studios. Alas, our house is now remade and now there are only minor details to complete. For us, it has been a pleasure working with Vincent Sagart and his team. Know that this process is not inexpensive, but it is seamless, almost painless, and fun.”

“April from Kitchen upgrades was very helpful in thinking of ideas for a new kitchen. They have wonderful products and a lot to choose from. I haven't actually had my kitchen refinished yet but her customer service was unbelievable. She is professional, Polite, friendly and appears to know exactly how it all works. Enjoyed having her to my home and seeing the end results of blue prints for a beautiful kitchen make over.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with the design staff at Dream House while completing improvements to our home in Frederick Maryland. Our home was on the Holiday House Tour and the Dream House graciously agreed to decorate our home. The funds raised by this tour were used to support community projects. I received many cards and letters expressing the beauty of how our home was decorated thanks to Dream House.”

“We are repeat customers having purchased pressure treated furniture some 25 years ago from their small store and recently purchased PVC deck furniture from their much larger store and location. The growth is a testament to their great customer service. They take a lot of time to show you their products either stock items or what can be ordered. The delivery and setup was very professional. And the quality and price both excellent. Their store stocks a wide variety of lawn and deck items, grills, umbrellas, you name it. Highly recommend for all your outdoor, backyard needs!”

“I went to the showroom in Rockville, Maryland. I picked out a bed style that I liked and asked if it could be made to match an existing antique dresser I own. I was told, "Yes." So per the directions, I brought one of the dresser drawers in so the color could be matched. I chose a contrasting wood for the slats. It was delivered and set up on time and in a professional manner. The delivery guys said it was so pretty that they'd been talking about it at the shop. I looked at the web page and there was a photo of my new bed! I felt the price was a little high, but after getting the bed I really appreciate the workmanship that went into it. I am very happy with my purchase and expect this to become an heirloom to be handed down just like the antique dresser it was made to match.”

“I went to Gardiners on rt. 40 after Christmas to purchase a new living room set. Dave,the sales rep, was great. He greeted us, let us shop, checked in every so often, was no pushy, and most of all was patient. We asked lots of questions, he took time to show us options, and took time to help us with fabric selection. He never seemed like we were annoying, slow,orbothersome because we were making our mind, which took a while. He also explained the quality of furniture to us, so we knew what we were buying (low, middle,or high end) and how long to expect it to last. He didn't try to upsell. Our furniture was custom built and is delivered this week. He estimated the time correctly too. Over great experience and will definitely go back, especially to Dave.”

“I am a TV producer and needed a local furniture company to help us beautify some homes in the area for a television shoot. Belle Patri went above and beyond to help us get gorgeous pieces to fill multiple vacant homes for filming. Friendly, efficient and a joy to work with - not only did the homes look wonderful, but we had a great experience from start to finish. I was impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm. We had complicated needs and a very tight timeline in this particular situation, and they exceeded our expectations. Customer service and quality of the pieces are both top notch - I can't recommend Belle Patri highly enough! If only I could have kept some of the pieces for myself....”

“Laurie Zook and Steve Berryman, owners of Estate Max and OPS, came in at the last minute and did a fantastic job organizing and coordinating my estate sale. Our sales contract required our house be emptied in 8 weeks, so fortunately Laurie and Steve were able to make that happen in a short period of time (about 9 days) with exquisite professionalism. They both know how to price, organize, and work with the clientele in our upscale area. If there is anything that you want to be rid of after the sale ends, they can help you donate it or even place it in their store in Frederick, MD. I cannot recommend their expertise enough and their energy to get things accomplished in a timely fashion. I found them thru my best friend who also holds them in highest regard for staging and hosting their estate sale the year before. I would highly suggest not waiting until the last minute for your own sanity and their best ability to make the most of your sale!”
