“Marcell listened as I talked about what I needed and wanted for furnishing my condo. She asked questions for clarification and she offered suggestions and was patient for my response and decisions. She managed the paperwork for my purchase, including a fabric color change I initiated by email from home after the paperwork had been finalized. She helped with delivery concerns and the exchange of a sofa that was damaged in delivery. She was a helpfully assertive, professional sales rep.”
