    “Over the years I have wandered into Grace, but have always been a little intimidated to do any real shopping there - always figured it was too expensive. In search of a new bed worthy of an adult, I bit the bullet and decided to give Grace a try. What a pleasant surprise! Surprise #1 - I got a fantastic new bed, which truth be told was a little expensive. However, on sale it was totally comparable to other pieces I had seen at bigger retailers and the quality was soooo much better. No buyer's remorse here. Surprise #2 - The salesperson was extremely friendly. Not that I expected to be ignored, but the service was way better that what I expected from a high end Brentwood store that typically caters to people willing to spend a lot more money than I did. Surprise #3 - The BEST delivery service I have ever had. The guys were on time and literally wore gloves while they were meticulously setting up the bed. The worst part of the experience is that the list of new furniture I now covet has grown substantially. Time for a bigger house.”

    “Huge showroom of dining sets, bar stools, and living rooms. Prices range to fit every budget, from inexpensive to the highest end. Designer, Peter Cass works with you to design the furniture that you like and will spend whatever time it takes to create the look you want. You can bring photos of what you like and have it made by Sitting Pretty for a fraction of the cost. They have an entire room full of sample fabrics. Peter will make certain your furniture is perfect before he accepts it for delivery. The delivery crew is top notch. They are extremely careful in making sure your items are handles like fine china. They don't just deliver your items, they place them and set them up and make sure they are part of your home, in the exact place you want them. They send employees from their store and do not use an outside delivery company.”

    “Well, let me just say that Michelle Lasky-Nielsen is the most outstanding designer; quick, efficient, has a wealth of knowledge and has an excellent design sense. I moved into my new apartment and vowed I would only bring in furniture that I loved. And, believe me, everything Michelle helped me select, I LOVE! Their delivery was superb. The men were so professional and helpful and went above and beyond. I have referred many people to Michelle and they are ecstatic too. I highly recommend Michelle and Dwell Floor Five Design to everyone! You'll see. You'll fall in love with your environment like I have. Beauty surrounds me and I am so happy with everything!”

    “We just received the sofa we ordered from Sofa Works and are very pleased with the results. We wanted a design from the Design Within Reach website and the sofa is an exact match, with a fabric that would not have been available at DWR. Plus, for the price we were able to add a matching ottoman!”

    “We purchased the Theseus ping pong table and absolutely love everything about it. The kids love having a ping pong table, and I love that it looks like a piece of stunning furniture. The net and brackets come off completely, so when we have parties, we use it as an extra dining table. The customer service was amazing - from the first email to our white glove installation, we were handheld through the process. Could not recommend this company more.”

    “Kira is engaging, enthusiastic, and easy to work with. Her personality traits made the process of staging our beloved home of 30 years in La Canada a more enjoyable task than we thought it would be. Before making any suggestions, she spent time talking to us about our home; we found this to be extremely considerate of Kira. She studied each room, as well as the backyard, where it was evident that her thoughts were, as she described, "percolating". At this point it became clear that Kira had the keen ability to access the strength & personality of each room in our home. She accomplished this by using specific furnishings and items which she creatively and thoughtfully rearranged. She brought in other items to accentuate each room. By utilizing our furnishings, Kira was able to keep the overall cost of staging our home within a reasonable price range.. Additionally, we felt this was still "our home" during the sales process. The finished product was quite stunning- it made for great online photos and videos of our house. Our potential buyer asked whether the furnishings could be part of the sale-this we attribute to Kira's artistic arrangement. We cannot say enough about this very talented and professional designer.”

    “My wife is an Architect and I am a interior designer. We hired World Craft Industries - Hari Khalsa to do our Indian living room, which we call diwan-e-khaas. It was an absolute delight to work with her and her team. The furniture, pillows and mattresses are of impeccable quality. Never thought we could buy such great quality Indian products here in the USA. No hassle of importing, customs, duty etc. Her delivery and installation team were very knowledgeable and professional. We are looking forward to working with World Craft Industries again, when we move to a bigger house and design a bigger diwan-e-khaas. Thank you Hari for all your help.”

    “After 30 years of passing by this magnificent store (10 min. from home!) I decided to stop in. I was remodeling a house and needed new furniture as well. I was delighted! From the breathtakingly beautiful Amish-crafted pieces upstairs, to the wonderful and knowledgeable Douglas family and friends who helped and advised me, and to the incredibly professional delivery team, I am in love with Douglas Furniture. Over the past two years, I have almost completely filled my house of their fine offerings. Please go!”
