They made sure everything went smooth and followed up afterwards. For just the service alone I will continue working with China Furniture and Arts...however their products are absolutely beautiful!     “I contacted Ron via the Internet to build a custom console for our basement. After providing him with some dimensions and a bit of input about our general design preference, Ron created an AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL console that is the centerpiece of our family "hang out space"! His craftsmanship is wonderful! I especially like Ron's ability/talent to choose reclaimed woods and stains that compliment whatever type of look you're going for...rustic, modern, etc. He is a true artist and an honest, hard-working person. I would not hesitate at all to ask him to build us another piece of furniture in the future!”

    “I recently bought from IQMatics a few contemporary furniture sets for living, family and recreation rooms. The furniture sets were selected from the store website; therefore, before making the final transaction, I had many questions. I contacted the store staff frequently. Every time, they were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided detailed information and photos on every item. After choosing several pieces of furniture, they had to be shipped from Chicago, IL to Washington, DC. I requested the white glove delivery, which was on time, fast, efficient and relatively low-cost. Every piece was well packed and protected. All furniture looks terrific. It is a high-end European design. The quality of leather or alcantara is superb. I believe that furniture offered by IQMatics is an alternative to the fashionable but pricey Roche Bobois. I plan to purchase more furniture from them in the near future.”

    “I am going to start with some negative comments first. I purchased family room furniture from the Lombard "Oak Brook" Ethan Allen store. I called first and made an appointment and told the sales rep that I wanted the retreat sectional in dark brown leather. I also let her know I wanted additional pieces but I was not sure what would coordinate and fit with my room. I spent about an hour and purchased two Avery chairs, one Avery ottoman, and the sectional. I left telling the rep that I still needed tables etc. and she said she would review and get back to me. I made several phone calls and sent her two email messages and NEVER heard back. Really? I was thoughtful enough to make and appointment when 99% of the time I am sure it's all just walk in business, was decisive on my decisions and didn't make her go through the trouble of doing a home visit. After spending all that money and telling her I wanted to spend more she couldn't even bother to send me an email? Frustrated, I headed out to several other stores, Macy's, Carson's, Walter E Smithe etc, but couldn't find a thing so I headed over to Ethan Allen in Naperville, wow, what a difference in service. I cannot say enough nice things about Denise Mullen. I explained my issues with the other store and she assured me things were much different, I guess she would actually let me spend my money. I only spent about 15 minutes with her but she took all my information, had my floor plan, had the list of items I purchased and followed up with an email with her suggestions. A few days later she followed by phone so I went back in and purchased a coffee table, which I absolutely LOVE (delivered about a week ago). I still need end tables but she is going to stop out when the sectional arrives to figure out what will work best. She also suggested a shelving unit which I had not even considered but will absolutely purchase when I buy my end tables. Also making Ethan Allen worthy of five stars is the customer service department, I have spoken with Ann a few times and she has been outstanding. When she scheduled delivery of the chairs and ottoman she saw the coffee table was due in and made sure it got on the same truck so I wouldn't need to take yet another day off for the delivery. The photo is of the chairs and tables just against the wall, this is not the final placement.”

    “I read about City Living Banquettes on houzz. I ended up ordering the perfect one for our new home ! Hollis was very easy to work with. Very progressional, helped where help was needed. The fabric selection was great. They made sure all the measurements were correct. We could not be more pleased. Our room looks so much bigger, and now we can seat 8 people instead of 4 !!! Everyone who comes into our house comments on how perfect it is for our space . Beautiful !! Thank you Hollis !!!”

    “Ilona is a very creative, talented and resourceful staging professional, who really knows furniture and what works and looks stylish in our current housing market today. She has outstanding taste in furnishings, all which she houses in her very own large warehouse, and most pieces are of high-end/designer quality. Ilona is very hard-working, she puts in extremely long hours/days. What I like most about her is that she's always so accommodating, personable, responsible and trustworthy. She's very organized, again has a beautiful inventory of unique pieces that can't be found in the big rental companies out there. As a stager/interior designer myself; I highly recommend Staging 360 to all stagers/designers/agents who are looking for inventory that will set your staging project apart from the others.”
