“The walls in my ongoing remodeling job have thrown every kind of challenge to Joe Cardone and his crew. He calls right back, he shows up promptly to estimate, and he schedules quickly. I show him holes, dents, glued-on wallpaper--you name it. If there is a problem, he solves it right now. Then he leaves me with a beautifully painted, perfectly smooth wall. What more can you ask for? Details below are for the most recent job. He will end up painting everything in the house.”

“Not going to the Paris flea market , no problem. You will fine gorgeous one of a kind pieces here and kindness from the knowledgeable staff. Going to Ladonna's is like going to a decorative arts museum where you can take find something extraordinary for your own home. Lamps with great style and patina, affordable gorgeous fabric, items of LaDonna's design (the coffee table I got is unlike any I have seen), unusual chairs, sconces, and fabulous small pieces like shells and bowls.”

“Late last summer my outdoor gas firepit just stopped lighting. An HVAC service person determined that the igniter was corroded and needed to be replaced. I called the manufacturer of the unit with the part number and was happy to hear they had the part on hand. However, they would not sell it to me as an end user. They gave me the name of some dealers in our region but I could not get any traction with any of them until I called Fire House Casual Living. Donnie Owens took my information and followed up with gusto! The manufacturer representative at first told him that they did not sell the replacement part but Donnie refused to accept this answer knowing that I had already confirmed availability. He then worked through technical support to properly identify and order the needed part for me. As I anticipate evenings this summer out by my firepit with friends and family, I am very thankful to have found a company that provides outstanding customer service!”
